Consignments

Consignments to be placed on the lot Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday preceding the sale. Absolutely no consignments will be accepted on Thursday or the day of the sale. The lot will be open between 8am and 4pm with unloading tractors available. All lots are subject to inspection for quality and can be refused for any reason. Items must be consigned under their respective owners free and clear of liens.

Vehicles
  • Out of State vehicle titles must be notarized in that State before bringing to auction
  • Vehicle titles must be in the name of their owners. Jumping titles is illegal.
  • ATVs, Wave Runners, Jetskis, boats and other watercraft must comply with Ohio registration and titling requirements
  • A minimum commission of $25 will be assessed on each tagged lot within the vehicle area
  • Items unloaded on the lot after it is closed will not be sold and must be removed at the expense of the owner.

Buying

Registration for buyer numbers starts at 8am on the day of the sale. All buyers must be registered. All buyers must present 2 forms of Identification to be registered. All purchases must be paid for on the day of the sale. Cash and checks (with ID) are accepted. No Credit Card Payments The registrant is responsible for all purchases on their account.
